1. What we collect

• Email address and name - collected when you take the placement quiz, used to create your account and send access links.
• Quiz answers - your responses to the placement quiz, stored to determine and explain your recommended course level.
• Course progress - which modules you've completed, your knowledge-check scores, and your certificates.
• Approximate location (country) - used only to show pricing in your local currency. We don't store precise location data.
• Payment information - we never see or store your card or bank details directly. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe (GBP/USD/EUR) or Paystack (NGN); we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, unlock the course level you paid for, track your progress and issue certificates, show you correctly priced pages, and send you access links and course-related emails. We don't sell your data.

3. Who we share it with

• Stripe and Paystack, to process payments.
• Our email provider, to send login links and course communications.
• Our hosting and database providers, to run the service.

We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

4. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in (a signed session token). It's not used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account is active, so your certificates remain verifiable. You can request deletion at any time (see below) - note that a certificate's verification page may need to retain minimal record of it having been issued even after account deletion, to keep that verification meaningful for employers checking it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us at info@learnwithpride.co.uk to exercise any of these.
