You can request a full refund within 7 days of enrolling in a level, provided you haven't completed more than one module in it yet. This is a one-time payment per level, not a subscription - there's nothing to "cancel," just a refund to request if the course isn't right for you.
This course locks each module once you complete its knowledge check - you can't revisit finished modules, and finishing the capstone locks the entire level, cheat sheets included (see how the course is structured). Because of that, a refund is available while you're still early enough that you haven't received the bulk of the course's value. Once you've completed two or more modules, or been issued a certificate, the purchase is final.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, through whichever processor you paid with - Stripe (GBP/USD/EUR) or Paystack (NGN). Processing typically takes 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Our pricing page offers a time-limited instant offer price, available for a short window before reverting to the standard price. Refunds are always for the amount you actually paid, whichever price that was.
Email info@learnwithpride.co.uk from the address you enrolled with, including which level you'd like refunded. We'll confirm your progress meets the conditions above and process it from there.
